Job Description:	QUALIFICATIONS: • BS degree in Business, Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred), or AAS degree in Business, Accounting or Finance and 5+ years experience • 3+ years experience in non-profit management, including accounting, budgets, HR and administration • 3+ years experience in personnel management • Knowledge of computer software including Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access • Experience with property management RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide the effective administration of all El Futuro accounting practices and procedures. This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, budgeting, fiscal management of contracts and grants, and preparation of financials for grant applications. 2. Development and implementation of business plan for the agency 3. Oversee Medical Billing. This includes overseeing data entry, billing, collections, and managing clinician eligibility with 3rd party health insurance companies. 4. Oversee all agency buildings. Ensures building maintenance of the Siler City, Carrboro, and Durham clinics including repairs, cleaning, maintenance contracts, office supplies, equipment (copiers, phones, alarm systems, cell phones, etc.). 5. Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the effective administration of fundraising 6. Personnel management including enrollment in employee benefit plan, leave time, workers compensation, and payroll. 7. Management of insurance for agency including yearly renewal and periodic updates.
Salary Range:	$50,000 - $67,250
