Job Description:	The Sandhills/Moore Coalition for Human Care in Southern Pines, NC is currently accepting applications for a full time Director of Development. This position will work with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to provide leadership and management for the planning and execution of fundraising and development activities for the Coalition. This will include but is not limited to, the creation and implementation of a Development Plan that features an Annual Giving campaign, donor recognition and stewardship plan, donor cultivation events and other special fundraising events. This person will also oversee and participate in grant writing as needed; oversee the E- tapestry database; maintain and update the website, co-ordinate the quarterly newsletter and other marketing efforts. Position requirements: Graduation from a four year college or university and successful previous fundraising experience. Excellent writing & computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively are needed. Experience with E -Tapestry a plus. Looking for a team player willing to be a part of a small staff that works with an active volunteer base.
Salary Range:	$27,000-$30,000
