Job Description:	The Case Manager is responsible for developing therapeutic relationships within the residential setting, utilizing Summit House's behavior modification model. The Case Manager is also responsible for the implementation of daily routines at Summit House. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in a Human Services field is required. The applicant should possess at least two years experience in a residential/group home setting. The position requires experience with case management of clients and experience working with children. Knowledge and experience with the criminal justice and human service delivery systems preferred.
Salary Range:	Salary is commensurate with experience.
